We are required to collect specific information about the individual receiving services. This information includes:

Step 3

Intake

Our admin team will verify insurance information.

We will go over required information, consent for assessment, and answer any questions you may have.

An in depth intake packet will be required to be completed prior to assessment.

Step 4

Assessment

An initial assessment with one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) that takes four to six hours in our clinic. We observe and assess your child’s behavior and skills.

Step 5

Treatment Plan

Creation

Based on the information gathered from the FBA, the BCBA will create a treatment plan specific to the individual’s needs, skills, interests, preferences, challenging behaviors, and environment.

Recommended treatment hours for amount of time needed separately for 1:1 teaching with a Behavior Technician, supervision, and/or parent training.

Step 6

Treatment Plan Implementation

During the first 6 months of a treatment plan, the BCBA may focus more on certain skills needed to show readiness for other skills. Treatment plans can and will adjust throughout the duration of programming.

The treatment plan is implemented per the agreed upon recommendation. It is a vital part of programming to have consistency and therefore strict attendance policies are in place.

Step 7

Family Caregiver Involvement

A vital aspect to the treatment plan is family caregiver involvement which supports continued learning outside the program time.

Caregivers will receive training specific to their individual through strategies used in ABA.

Periodic meetings will inform families of the progress that is being made.

Step 8

Frequent

Evaluation

Progress monitoring and review of data collection.

Program adapted as the team gains more insight to the individual and their motivations and needs.

A formal reevaluation typically occurs every 6 months to update information, review mastered goals, and develop new goals, as needed.
